Administrative/Paralegal Assistant (m/f)

As an Administrative/Paralegal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our transfer agency and accounting teams. You will :
- Assist during the bank account opening;
- Perform various daily tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, managing emails, post and phone calls.
- Prepare payment instructions;
- Assist in establishing and maintaining files;
- Prepare and updating the contact lists for each client group / investment funds;
- Internal document management;
- Dispatch of documents for signature and follow up of the status of these documents;
- Prepare KYC documents with assistance of transfer agents;
- File and download information/documents of the LBR;
- Perform regulatory registration and deposits
- Prepare documents for the annual general meetings of various clients and funds;
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings
- Other related duties as required.
Your profile:
Technical skills
- You hold a degree, or a BTS qualification as an administrative assistant;
- You are a competent user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- French and English mandatory. German or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- Knowledge of online bank systems.
Personal skills
- You are proactive and a good team player, motivated and professional;
- You show interest in your job and more generally in the clients’ business;
- You have strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail;
- You are looking for a long term collaboration with your employer.
