Mid-Senior Lawyer - Your Role :
This role involves managing a diverse range of corporate and funds cases, working with a select clientele on complex transactions. The ideal lawyer for this role is proactive, thrives on responsibility, and is comfortable shaping their work to meet the needs of a dynamic practice.
Mid-Senior Lawyer - Your Profile:

Credentials: CCDL-qualified and registered on List II.
Experience: A minimum of two years in business law, ideally gained through judicial training or practice in a similar area.
Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English, with strong communication abilities.
Specialization: An interest in corporate law and alternative investment funds, with the ability to bring strategic insight to these areas.
Work Ethic: Someone seeking an environment that values commitment and contribution, but also supports a balanced professional life.

Mid-Senior Lawyer - What We Offer :
