Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)Welcome to GSK Stockmann" . This is how we welcome you to our office and how you will welcome our clients and guests in the future.
We are looking for a friendly and responsible member of staff to support our Luxembourg reception team, both at reception and as an assistant.
If you are interested in utilising your communication skills in direct client contact, then you should get to know us. And we should get to know you.
Your perspective: We will motivate you and work to develop your skills and abilities. If you wish, you can get involved in initiatives or projects outside of your day-to-day work and showcase your strengths.
What you can expect:

1. Reception activities:
  • You will answer and forward telephone and take messages;
  • You will prepare meeting rooms, as well as organise the equipment and schedule;
  • You will carry out various tasks: Booking taxis and restaurants, managing the customer car park, processing documents, distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, registered mail, special deliveries, DHL, UPS, inventory management (printers, paper, pens, brochures, drinks, etc.);
  • You will also assist in the preparation of GSK events.
2. Administrative activities:
  • You will manage emails, set up conference calls, organise conference calls and calendars, update databases and Outlook contacts, copy, print, scan, fax, etc...;
  • Write, edit and finalise correspondence;
  • You will assist with administrative tasks and office furnishing matters on request.


What we are looking for:

  • You have relevant professional experience at the reception desk and on the switchboard at a law firm or in the service department of a hotel or other service company
  • You have very good command of English and German
  • You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications
  • You are keen to work independently and responsibly
  • You are experienced in dealing with unforeseen situations
