Your missions
As a Risk Manager, you will oversee the risk management framework, ensuring our AIFs operate within regulatory guidelines while optimizing their performance. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, safeguarding the interests of our investors and maintaining the integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for AIFs under management.
• Conduct risk assessments across portfolios, focusing on market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulatory requirements, including AIFMD and CSSF guidelines.
• Produce and present risk reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, compliance teams, and auditors to address risk-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure proactive risk management.

Your ideal profile

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within an AIFM or asset management environment.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in risk modeling tools and advanced Excel skills; experience with risk management systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other european language is an asset
