What you’ll do

• Assist the Principal Risk & Compliance Manager in delivering top-tier risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity and Crisis Management systems, ensuring our business remains resilient, no matter the challenge.
• Act as the key liaison between our Function and Vodafone Group’s expert teams in Cybersecurity and Corporate Security, ensuring best practices are shared and followed.
• Provide detailed risk reports and mitigation updates to senior leadership, ensuring our top decision-makers are well-informed and proactive.
• Play an integral role in supporting audits and investigations, working with both internal teams and external suppliers to address any security concerns.
  

Who you are

• Security & Risk Expertise: You bring a deep understanding of Security & Risk Management, with a track record of handling high-pressure incidents and crises. Experience in Risk & Compliance, ideally within telecom, supply chain, or procurement industries is beneficial.
• Leadership & Communication: You have strong leadership qualities and can communicate complex security issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage relationships across diverse teams and functions, both within Vodafone and with external partners.
• Creative Problem-Solving: You’re a natural problem solver, capable of thinking creatively to tackle risks and challenges as they arise. You have expertise in business resilience and incident/crisis management.
• Cultural Agility: You thrive in a diverse, global environment and can adapt your approach to different cultures and working styles.
• Business Acumen: You have a strong sense of commercial awareness and know how to align security initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Education & Experience: A higher degree or proven experience in the field.
• Language: Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
