Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities:

Oversee the monthly payroll production for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth operations.
Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and calculations.
Manage employee records, including tracking absences and sick leave.
Provide answers and support to clients regarding payroll and social legislation matters.
Supervise the social secretariat, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Train and guide junior payroll team members, helping them develop their skills.

Senior Payroll - Your profile:

At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary or similar company in Luxembourg.
Degree in Human Resources or specific training in payroll management.
Proficiency in German and English is essential, with French being a plus.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour law, social security, and contributions.
Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
Outstanding communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
