Senior Tax Advisor - Your responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on tax compliance for Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE) funds.
- Assist in the preparation of FATCA/CRS documentation and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
- Manage correspondence with clients and tax authorities, including handling out-of-court disputes.
- Participate in client meetings and manage client relationships independently.
- Prepare corporate tax returns, and annual tax filings.
- Offer tax advice to national and international clients as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar tax role, preferably with a focus on PE/RE funds.
- Knowledge of FATCA/CRS regulations is an advantage.
- Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, motivated attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office.
