The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and support to our teams and clients, ensuring compliance with DORA requirements while optimizing the management of third-party relationships. #### Responsibilities: – **Advisory and Support:** – Provide expert advice on DORA requirements and best practices. – Support internal teams and clients in implementing DORA compliance controls and processes. – **Third-Party Management:** – Oversee and improve the third-party management process, including contract remediation to ensure compliance with DORA requirements. – Maintain and update the third-party information register, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. – **Risk Analysis and Assessment:** – Conduct third-party risk assessments, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions. – Participate in internal and external audits related to third-party management and DORA compliance. – **Training and Awareness:** – Develop and deliver training on DORA and third-party management for internal teams and clients. – Promote a culture of compliance and proactive risk management within the company. #### Skills and Qualifications: – **Education:** – Degree in risk management, law, finance, or a related field. – **Experience:** – Minimum of 5 years of experience in third-party management and/or regulatory compliance. – Proven experience in contract remediation and managing third-party information registers. – **Technical Skills:** – In-depth knowledge of the DORA framework and related regulatory requirements. – Proficiency in third-party management tools and compliance software. – **Language** : English (mandatory)
