ACCOMMODATION EXECUTIVE
Job Descriptions:

• Provide excellent customer service to students by offering detailed information about accommodation options and facilities to potential students, and promptly addressing concerns of current residents to ensure a positive living experience.
• Carry out accommodation check-in and check-out procedures, including preparing accommodation for new arrivals, managing accommodation agreements, conducting check-in procedures, inspecting rooms upon check-out, and managing any necessary follow-up tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage rental payments, ensuring prompt processing, accurate record-keeping, and timely deposit refunds following established procedures. Conduct follow-up as necessary to ensure payments are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to accommodation, including but not limited to occupancy rates, students moving in and out of accommodation, room changes, returning of keys, maintenance requests, rental payments, and other relevant information.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for accommodation facilities, liaising with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal living conditions for students.
• Provide feedback to Management on students’ issues/complaints/needs related to accommodation.
• Perform airport pick-up for new students when necessary.
• Assist students in need of medical assistance.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a recognized Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
• Good command of English. Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Computer literate with good IT skills and proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Empathy, patience and a genuine commitment to student welfare.
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
