Job Responsibilities :

• Establish best practices and standard operating procedures for accounting processes.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual performance and budgeted figures.
• Provide insights into key financial metrics and performance indicators for management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (corporate tax, GST/VAT, etc.) in both Malaysia and Singapore.
• Handle tax planning to optimize tax liabilities and ensure timely tax filings.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations, credit risks, and liquidity risks.
• Implement financial risk management strategies and internal controls.
• Oversee cost control measures, working to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Monitor company expenses, and identify areas for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax requirements related to payroll.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of accounting and ERP software (such as SAP, Quick Books, etc.).
• Ensure the integration of accounting systems with other departments (sales, procurement) for smooth data flow.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Implement credit control policies to minimize bad debts.
• Report financial performance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters in discussions with the management.

Job Requirement :

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
