- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
- Help prepare recruitment reports and maintain databases with accurate records.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing documents, drafting emails, and managing schedules.
- Assist in posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and schedule follow-ups with applicants.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interest in the recruitment and HR industry is a plus.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From RM700.00 per month
