ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist in office administration such as upkeep of office, office equipment, stationery, item replenishment, claims etc.
• Assisting liaise with related associates in term of office environment e.g. office cleanliness and etc.
• Responsible to handle phone during the absence of front desk personnel.
• To maintain proper filing system and ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
• Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, memorandum, agendas and minutes of meetings and other related tasks.
• Responsible for office facilities and utility supply.
• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of assets and materials by liaising with vendors and contractors for the respective project.
• Responsible for assisting to manage all operating materials, uniforms and assets management.

Requirements

• Open for Malaysian citizen only.
• Diploma or higher in Administration/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• Three (3) years' working experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese language.
• Well versed in MS Office / Power Point / Excel.
• Pleasing disposition and well-groomed.
• Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
• Able to multi-tasks, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset and self-motivated. Must be able to meet tight datelines.
• Result driven and passionate about setting a high-performance standard and meeting objectives.
• Analytical minded, able to think out of the box and able to identify problems and/or potential problems, gather relevant data and come to reasonable conclusions.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
