- To supervise day to day administrative / maintenance job of staffs
- To access staff performance - coach / guide to ensure efficiency
- To manage and oversee nationwide administration department in branches
- To review and improve existing facility management procedures
- To ensure task are completed in timely manner in accordance to datelines
- Monitoring and procuring office supplies, etc
- To review and verify nationwide requisition before job is carried out
- To verify invoices / bills before payment made
- To ensure branches follow SOP's
- To review / analyze administration cost nationwide
- To ensure maintenance jobs is carried out cost effectively
- To oversee the arrangements of event / sales / meetings if all in order
- Developing processes and procedures for maintaining and improving current practices
- Identifying operational problems and implementing solutions
- Familiar and expediting licensing procedures with local authorities
- To prepare /analyze cost / reduction report to be submitted to General Manager
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
- Bookkeeping and general accounting
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.)
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
