Admin Officer

Job Purpose: Responsible to providing general administrative support to the organisation and complete a range of administrative duties for all departments.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for managing administrative services by ensuring support operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
  • Ensure operation efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems for operation.
  • Assist operations and procedures, handle all billing and payment of operation utilities and purchases.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all technology related operation office equipment matters.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and customers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Manage contract with customers and clients in ensuring contract sum, availability and expiry.
  • Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping and ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in Quality Management System .
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in administrative is an advantage.
  • Well-organised and meticulous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to priorities work independently, whilst maintaining quality.
  • Has the can-do mentality and takes initiatives.
  • Fast pace working environment.
  • Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and committed to work, willing to learn new skills
Location: Taman Maluri Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
