Responsible of company payment process and payment expenses.
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare creditor aging report.
- Manage supplier's document and invoices using accounting system.
- Manage account reconciliation for trade suppliers.
- Follow up and notifying operation department and supplier on payment and long outstanding invoices.
- Assist superior in bank reconciliation of balance sheet ledger, bank balance and pending transaction.
- Assist to prepare Audit Schedules/Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Other job as assigned.
- LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Professional qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting/audit work/working experiences.
- Good in Excel skill.
- Experience in Autocount will be an added advantage.
- Good Command in English
- Reliable, organised, systematic and sensitive to figures.
- Eager to learn and good in problem sovling.
- Pleasant personality
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
