- Overseeing administrative tasks in the office, such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office organization.
- Handling procurement tasks such as office supplies and equipment including (but not limited to) sourcing, quotation compiling, handling, allocation, etc.
- Accommodations arrangement, liaise of their needs and expectation for expatriate staff.
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies for application and renewal of licenses and permits.
- Responsible for fleets maintenance and fleet related matters including insurance and road tax renewals.
- Application, preparing documents, submissions & reports for government (Exp: Labour office, immigration) and statutory bodies related to Passport, Visa, employment, renewal pass, etc. for expatriate staff.
- To initiate the FOMEMA checking, dealing with Immigration to ensure on time permit renewal.
- Managing foreign workers' hostel to ensure the safety & cleanliness are maintained
- Transportation arranging for visitors and expatriates while arriving and departing.
- Flight ticketing booking for any staff for business trip, end contract, back to origin country.
- Hotel booking, food ordering or restaurant booking for guest.
- Coordinating logistics e.g Van/Bus transportation, catering management, and other event-related requirements.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate Superior as & when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be prioritized as the role requires the candidate to handle Mandarin-speaking agencies.
- possess a good planning, implementing and coordinating skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Stress tolerance and ability to work in a pressured environment.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
