Job Description

Plan, Organize and prepare proposals for company events.
Handle Transportation for foreign worker.
Handle Asset tracking for inventory of company assets, including equipment and property.
Handling a project office renovation involves multiple steps, from planning and budgeting to executing the design and ensuring everything is completed on time
Handling maintenance requests efficiently is crucial for keeping facilities in good condition

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
