Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens
We are a unique campus, home to Tenby International School, which consists of a Primary and Secondary School (IPC, National Curriculum for England, CIE, IGCSE), and a Malaysian Private School, Sekolah Sri Tenby (Malaysian National Curriculum). The campus welcomes almost 1000 amazing students, aged from 3 to 16 years, and from over 60 nationalities. Our students go to universities, colleges, and careers of their choice both in Malaysia and overseas. Tenby has been a school’s group in Malaysia for over 60 years, and our strength is in our deep-rooted Asian values combined with our international outlook and the ability to offer students amazing global opportunities.

Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens is proud to be part of International Schools Partnership (ISP) a fast-growing global schools’ group in six clusters across the world: Europe, Mexico & Central America, the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia and the USA. Our regional cluster includes other Tenby schools across Malaysia. Purpose of Role
The Admissions Manager acts as the school’s ambassador to prospective parents, students, and other stakeholders involved in the school selection process. This role focuses on leading student recruitment efforts and converting leads into enrolments. The position involves providing detailed information, advice, and guidance on admission criteria, while also managing the tasks essential for smooth and efficient admission operations.

ISP Admissions Manager Key Responsibilities
- Develop Admission Plans: Create strategies to meet the school’s enrollment goals.
- Manage Admissions Team: Lead the team to provide excellent customer service to parents.
- Update Data: Ensure accurate data entry in the admissions system (Hubspot).
- Stay Informed: Keep the team updated on the school’s curriculum and offerings.
- Report and Analyze: Provide regular updates and data analysis to the Regional Office and Senior Leadership Team.
- Recruit Students: Meet student recruitment targets for the school.
- Provide Tours: Offer detailed school tours to prospective parents and students.
- Understand Trends: Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends.
- Assist with Visas: Help students and guardians with the visa process, including communication with the Ministry of Education and Immigration Department.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails).
- Follow Up: Secure and follow up on appointments with prospective students.
- Develop Sales Opportunities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Maintain Contact: Keep in touch with prospective and existing students throughout the enrollment process.
- Participating in Events: Help organize and participate in student recruitment and marketing events.
- Special Assignments: Undertake special tasks and duties as needed.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Degree Qualification: Relevant degree required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft technology;
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Enthusiasm: Passionate about modern technologies and eager to learn and improve.
- Professionalism: High levels of professionalism.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent oral and written English; Mandarin speaking is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
