Air Key Account Customer Service Specialist

Pride PRO is a Regional Executive Recruitment Company headquartered in Malaysia, specializing in talent acquisition across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Our client is a leading International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Bayan Baru. Currently seeking air-freight talent to support their business expansion.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner as the first point of contact.
Process customer orders and manage routings effectively.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to create exceptional service experiences.
Coordinate air freight shipments and transportation arrangements.
Book services with co-loaders for import and export operations.
Handle import/export permit declarations and customs clearance.
Keep the pulse on customer satisfaction and seek improvements.
Manage expectations for key accounts and VIP customers.
Build and maintain rapport with customers to meet their needs.
Work with teams on corrective and preventative actions as needed.
Help craft and create customer-specific KPI reporting and scorecards.
Prepare billing documents accurately and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
