Sales Support Specialist

Our client is a leading International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. Currently seeking logistics talent to support their business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather freight rates and service options from carriers, liners, and agents, ensuring timely and accurate quotations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer pricing inquiries, providing clear and detailed responses tailored to their specific needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of new business and seamless handover post-sale.
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, ensuring they are accurate, competitive, and in line with company standards.
- Follow up on open quotations with customers, providing clarifications and supporting the Sales team in converting quotes into bookings.
- Establish strong working relationships with carriers, agents, and vendors to negotiate competitive rates and secure the necessary capacity for customer shipments.
- Handle first-level customer concerns or escalations, working with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track, update, and maintain all sales activities, pricing agreements, and customer data within the company’s CRM system.
- Support the Sales team by preparing sales performance reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing quote conversion rates to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Assist in business development by identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities, providing value-added solutions to customers.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
