Pride PRO is a Regional Executive Recruitment Company headquartered in Malaysia, specializing in talent acquisition across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Our client is a leading International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. Currently seeking logistic talent to support their business expansion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing day-to-day inquiries and ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
Obtain and provide competitive freight rates from carriers, liners, and agents to meet customer needs.
Deliver tailored supply chain solutions that optimize cost and efficiency for customers, supporting their business objectives.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as warehousing, customs brokerage, and value-added services.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor for all logistics and freight forwarding services.
Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot potential issues, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery for customers.
Address and resolve any customer escalations promptly, working with internal teams to provide the best possible outcomes.
Regularly communicate with customers to assess their needs, understand their business goals, and identify areas for further collaboration.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, KPIs, and revenue generation for review by the management team.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry regulations, and carrier pricing structures to provide sound advice to customers and drive business development.
Assist in preparing contract renewals and negotiating favorable terms to retain and expand existing business relationships.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Experience:

Air or Sea Customer Service Operation: 3 years (Required)
