• Able to take care of incoming AOI for wafer and PCB inspection.
• Able to handle Machine set-up for Mass Production Start-Up.
• Able to do maintenance, troubleshooting and repair AOI machines (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and vision).
• Provide AOI recipe improvement or optimization based on customer technical specification.
• Handle low yield and on-hold that need to verification status update.
• Provide technical support/guidance/training for AOI technician to ensure process flow arranged in properly based on SOP (Standard of Procedures).
• Handle NPI and DOE lot for engineering recipe set-up.
• Data analysis for each AOI defects mode for each products.
• Taking care machines auto load unload AOI and machines manual load unload AOI.
• Control recipes for each products run at AOI machine and recipes for NPI.
• Preventive Maintenance for AOI Machines (Schedules and Report).
• Support new product introduction and technology transfer.
• Handle major troubleshoot major down equipment (Wire Bond, Laser Mark & AOI Machines).
• Buy-off new systems and trouble-shoot bottlenecks or limitations of the systems.
• Ensure system in place and provide trainings for operators on new products and processes.
• Handle engineering evaluation, product qualification and process implementation.
• Provide process technical support and advice on process-related issues. - Liaise with customers and vendors to solve quality-related problems.
• Bachelor Degree's in Engineering and Experiences in LED manufacturing.
• Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Fluent speaking & writting)
