About the Job
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company from Singapore and expanding its business operations to Malaysia. We are seeking an experienced AR (O2C) Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes within our Finance Shared Services team. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all O2C functions, promoting continuous process improvement, and optimizing productivity through automation and innovation. The successful candidate will manage the O2C team’s performance, maintain financial control frameworks, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to uphold high ledger quality and compliance.
Working arrangements
Monday - Friday | 09.00am - 06.00pm
Job Responsibilities

Manage O2C Processes: Oversee the complete monthly O2C cycle, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Team Performance Management: Lead the O2C team, ensuring process standardization, documentation, and adherence to KPIs to meet or exceed service levels.
Financial Control & Compliance: Maintain robust financial control frameworks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and the integrity of actual processes.
Continuous Improvement & Automation: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by supporting process innovation, automation (RPA tools), and leveraging existing technology investments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders and finance partners to maintain high-quality ledgers and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
Team Development & Motivation: Foster team growth, hold weekly meetings to review productivity, discuss key issues, and promote a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a shared services environment, ideally in the retail sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Business Central preferred) & hands-on experience with RPA tools (Ui Path preferred).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
