1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Architecture or
equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture or equivalent.
Job description
1. Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring from conception and design of
project through its construction to its completion.
2. Inspect, monitor, control and manage contractor & consultants works to meet quality and schedule required.
3. Liaise, review and monitor all planning and authority submission drawings, reports,
supporting documents and authorities fee to ensure compliance and sufficiency for
submission to the local council and relevant government authorities.
4. Liaised and work closely with consultants and contractors on technical matters in
relation to the planning of the development.
5. To ensure contractors and consultants adhere to contract requirement and
specifications stipulated in contract agreement.
6. Familiar with rules & regulation by-law and authorities requirement.
7. Attend pre-consultation, discussion, meetings, authorities’ inspection and other
relevant meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,057.11 - RM7,567.88 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
