- Implement and analyze manpower and recruitment needs to ensure adequate staffing for the Company.
- Fully in charge of monthly payroll process and leave management.
- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax)
- Upkeep employee records and maintaining proper filing system.
- Prepare necessary HR correspondence letter.
- Manage admin function in the Company such as vehicle, office equipment, insurance, etc.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Application (Word / Excel / Power Point).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in Mandarinn is an added advantage.
- Pleasant interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of employees.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Phileo Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
- 5 days work week.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
