- Plan, coordinate, manage & supervise project teams on the Implementation of QA/QC programs and ensure adherence to required standards & procedures.
- Review quality of construction material at site and ensure compliance with project quality plan (PQP) & specifications.
- Prepare PQP, QA/QC documents & perform risk assessment, site observation, non compliance report, Inspection Test Plan & other QA/QC task requirements at project site.
- To review and improve the procedures and processes needed for the QSH-MS on quality assurance and quality improvement, where required. To create new and revise procedures and forms to reflect current practice by working closely with HOD/PIC so that the staff are able to carry out their work effectively and effectively.
- To report on the performance of the QSH-MS and highlight areas that is need for improvement.
- To organize and hold periodic discussion on quality problems and implementation difficulties, and to analyze and investigate quality control problems/customers’ complaints and recommend solutions for quality improvement.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, subcontractors & relevant authorities on quality related matters.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Project Management or equivalent.
- At least Two (2) years of working experience in the respective field is required for this position.
- Experience in civil and building structure works would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, familiar with Auto CAD / Microsoft Project.
- Accept job allocation to other project sites when required.
- Two (2) positions available. Candidates able to start work immediately preferred.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
