Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise IPQC team and ensure product compliance as per set standard.
· Lead ISO process, continuous improvement and quality assurance projects.
· Improve product consistency.
· Communicate and work with all levels of the organization. Manage a large multi-function program or a set of projects. Interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
· Responsibility for quality assurance efforts for assigned areas.
· Achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value.
· Develop and execute appropriate business plans/multi-generation product plans to identify trends, opportunities for marketplace advantage and new ideas for products, processes and services. Direct quality assurance activities.
· Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. Ensure Performance Management System is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members.
· Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed.
· Drive achievement of Quality Objective, Quality Policy and Departmental Objective through communicate understood and implement.
Requirements:
· Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
· At least 5 years of related working experience
· Well verse and hands on experience with IATF systems & tools
· Working experience in metal stamping, components assemble (manufacturing field) is preferred
· Experience in automotive parts & processes (added advantage)
· Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm
