Job Description:

• Plan, execute and oversee the procurement process for goods and services.
• Collaborate with various departments to determine procurement needs and specification
• Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite to manage and streamline procurement operations.
• Execute and monitor PO, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors.
• Evaluate and negotiate pricing to achieve cost saving without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contacts and supplier information.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge in MS ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System will be advantage
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field, including experience with issuing PO, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relation will be advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
