Assistant Purchasing Officer

- Plan, execute and oversee the procurement process for goods and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to determine procurement needs and specification
- Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite to manage and streamline procurement operations.
- Execute and monitor PO, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors.
- Evaluate and negotiate pricing to achieve cost saving without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contacts and supplier information.
- Knowledge in MS ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System will be advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field, including experience with issuing PO, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relation will be advantage
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
