Associates Executive

LOCATION : Intel Penang, Halaman Kg Jawa, Free Industrial Zone Phase 3
POSITION : Associate Executive - Contract Logistics/SCM, Quality
WORKING HOUR : 0800 hours – 1700 hours & Mon – Fri
QUALIFICATION :
- Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management , Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum two (2) year’s work experiences in the logistics and transportation or relevant industries.
- Knowledge of warehouse management system and SAP would be an advantage.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with ISO requirements.
- Manage and supervise Quality Assurance Inspection including staff management, recruitment, training and development, work scheduling, disciplinary and Key-Index Performance
- Plan, prepare and revise to ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through planning, execution, quality assurance and issue tracking and to resolve customer and work issues or problems within own level of authority and communicate or escalate with concerned parties.
- Formulate and implement processes, policies and procedures that contribute to the over-all efficiency and productivity of the company
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
