Retail Associates
· This is a full-time role to support retail operations of our Bath & Body Works store at Johor Premium Outlets by providing excellent customer service and achieving the sales goals
Job Scope
· The Retail Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.
· Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.
· Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs – Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.
Requirements
· Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
· Min 1 year retail experience is required.
· Fluent in English, Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage
· Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
· 7 Off-days per month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
