Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our client's team in the premium cookware retail industry. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers, converting interest into sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth by actively promoting and showcasing products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain store presentation, including product displays, cleanliness, and stock organization.
  • Manage stock replenishment, sales reporting, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in product training and stay updated on the latest trends to boost product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for stock reception and sales processes.
  • Follow store safety protocols and complete additional tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably with a focus on sales.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Positive, resourceful, and results-driven team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in handling product displays, stock management, and sales reporting.
  • Interest in cooking and kitchen-related products is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
