Anime - Retail Supervisor

Join our team as a Supervisor and lead a passionate crew in delivering exceptional service in the Anime World! If you love anime brands and have retail experience, we want you to help create a fun shopping experience for our customers!
Requirements:
  • Passion for anime brands and the animated world.
  • Good English communication skills. Others are adding value.
  • Good knowledge of popular anime series, movies, and characters.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to engage and connect with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.
  • Experience in maintaining visual merchandising standards and creating impactful displays.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing (preferred)
  • Experience in staff scheduling and attendance management.
  • Ability to support sales forecasting, stock assessments, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in engaging customers and delivering exceptional service by sharing knowledge of animated brands.
  • Help customers find products and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Support sales goals by implementing promotional strategies and achieving performance targets.
  • Manage store inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising strategies that showcase animated products.
  • Oversee transactions, process payments, and handle refunds or exchanges as needed.
  • Support the store’s social media presence through engaging content creation (if applicable).
  • Create staff schedules and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
  • Generate sales and stock reports to optimize store performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized store environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
