Japanese Fashion - Retail Supervisor

Requirements:
- Interest in or passion for Japanese fashion and youth culture.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in fashion.
- Good English communication skills. Others are adding value.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to support sales goals and performance targets.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Ability to assist with creating visually appealing product displays and maintaining store presentation.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing (preferred but not required).
- Experience in assisting with staff scheduling and attendance reporting.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, stock analysis, and reporting.
- Support daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in leading, training, and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Help manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
- Contribute to the development of visual merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and assist with returns or exchanges.
- Support the store’s social media presence through engaging content (if applicable).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Assist in managing staff schedules and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
- Provide operational support, including sales and stock reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
