Full Job Description

• Teaching and managing Japanese language class
• Follow and utilize the provided learning modules, class materials, and class flow when teaching.
• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the provided curriculum.
• Engage with students to facilitate learning and foster a positive classroom environment.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the learning modules, materials, or class flow (if applicable).
• Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with fellow teachers and administrative staff.
• Adhere to the policies and guidelines for classroom management and student engagement.
• Selecting and using a range of different learning resources and equipment
• Participating in regular observations and in-service training as part of continuing professional development
• Collaborate with other team to produce Japanese Language product or program
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management
