Job Responsibilities

• Close online sales via phone or Whatapp
• Able to resolve customers’ complaints promptly
• Collect payment from customers
• To achieve monthly sales target set by the company.
• A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards.
• Bold, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive.

Job Requirements

• Experience in online sales and social media
• Able to answer client question on time
• Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
