Job Responsibilities:
- Uphold brand values by maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring the store/counter is presentable.
- Keep boutiques and counters clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Provide expert beauty advice and personalized service to create a positive customer experience.
- Actively pursue cross-selling opportunities and work towards developing loyal customer relationships.
- Recommend personalized products and samples based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Achieve sales targets consistently.
- Oversee store/counter merchandising and manage stock inventory efficiently.
- Report any relevant competitor activities, customer complaints, or significant events to the Boutique Manager.
- Maintain adherence to brand grooming standards to ensure a professional and polished image.
- Grooming Allowance: RM100/Month
- Shoes Allowance: RM200/Year
- Guaranteed commission RM1,000 during their first 6 months
