Job Overview:
The chosen candidate will be working as part of the Billing and Contract Management department under the Billing Manager executing tasks related to billing management and End-of-Lease (EOL) contracts management. Your scope of work will encompass a wide variety of tasks which includes but not limited to, billing of inertia and extension contracts, asset movement management as well as acting as a customer liaison for collection of EOL equipment.
Responsibilities:
End-of-Lease (EOL) Contract Management
Responsible for managing coordination and administration of EOL equipment within a stipulated timeline. These tasks include but not limited to;

• Communication management with customers,
• Equipment refresh management,
• Equipment termination management,
• Inertia billing
• Extension billing
• Buyout billing

Responsible for managing assets movements to, within and from our customers. These tasks includes but not limited to;

• Asset to invoices mapping.
• Asset management systems cleanup.

Reporting

• Ensure all relevant reporting for EOL contract management and asset movements is done and on time.

Others

• Ensures continuous focus on and maintenance of the customer experience both internally and externally.
• Responsible for checking and authorizing Delivery Order, Rental Order Contracts and Sales Orders on a shift by shift basis, along with other members of the Billing Team.
• Ensure to attend all online or on/off-site training or any other training arranged by the company for its staff.
• Responsible for ensuring completion of any other work parcels or tasks appropriately assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors equivalent in Accounting, Law, Finance or Business Administration related disciplines with at least 3 years working experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Any Chinese dialect is a plus.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Workspaces Suite of applications.
• Willing to travel and possesses own transportation.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in the finance or related field with a particular experience in Accounts Receivables department.
• Must have prior experience in customer service or related fields of work.
• Have experience and/or knowledge on data migration of ERP systems.
• Advantage if you have: The go-getter attitude and the curiosity to be a quick learner.
• Advantage if you have: knowledge of SAP Business One and/or SAGE X300 ERP systems.
