As a Business Analysis Analyst IV, you will gain a broad understanding of the existing systems, interrelationships and business processes to have a reasonably clear understanding of the current state. You will become familiar with your team and key business stake holders and participate in individual and small team projects to apply basic skills while developing specialized skills in area of expertise. You will initialize relationships with business and IT and apply practical knowledge
learned through previous experiences.You will be based in Subang Jaya and will report directly to IT Manager II.

Main Responsibilities

• Ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business products and processes.
  
• Knowledge and experience in gathering business requirements, functional design, testing and training.
  
• Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical solutions to the business users.
  
• Help with functional systems deployment.
  
• Provide first and second level support for previously launched system globally on routine basis.
  
• Participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of business solutions.
  
• Assist the project team with transformation, load, and validation of master data.
  
• May involve in system configuration, enhancements and integrations.
  
• Able to attend meetings after hours when necessary.
  

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
  
• 0-2 years of equivalent IT work experience is required.
  
• Analytical and conceptual skills.
  
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
  
• Knowledgeable in SQL queries and basic programming languages (for eg. Java, JSP, etc) to support minor user requests.
  
• Must be comfortable working remotely using primarily virtual means of collaboration.
  
• Mandarin speaking is preferred to deal with China business users.
