Job Summary:
Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for additional sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent client management skills, a strong understanding of FMCG products, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. The role involves a mix of client servicing, sales, and strategic planning
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
* Implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts.
* Monitor client accounts, track performance, provide regular updates , prepare reports
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
* Must be able to travel outstation to meet clients for strong rapport
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Skills:
* Proven ability to manage client accounts and drive sales growth.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in managing and growing client relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) and CRM tools.
