They take pride in ensuring optimized Value Engineering & Supplier Development Management to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Buyer responsible for the execution of Tactical Procurement Activities within the global manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include:

• Execution of Tactical Procurement Activities such as Purchase Order (PO), Purchase Requisition (PR) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) within the division as a Subject-Matter-Expert, in alignment to the company's growth and supply requirements
• Ensure that the goods or services procured are in alignment with the Purchase Requisition (PR).
• Ensure that the goods or services procured are from the Approved Supplier List.
• Prepare and provide reports and present to internal stakeholders
• Ensure efficient work partnership with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Quality and Factory Assembly teams etc. to mitigate supply assurance or delivery issues.

Candidate Profile
Work location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

• Minimally Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering or related studies
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in Buyer / Purchaser / Procurement Executive positions, preferably with good exposure to High Tech / Manufacturing operations
• Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written, communication & negotiation skills
• Displays strong diplomatic and team player personality
• Excellent proficiency in SAP ERP systems and MS Office suite will be advantageous
