We are expanding our team and seeking highly skilled professionals to join us as Client Relationship Specialist (Mandarin Speaker). This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our company, as it ultimately determines the success of a company.
Job Responsibilities

Proactively engage with leads through channels like cold calling to promote our products and onboard new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering support with our platforms and products
Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets by effectively promoting our product and encouraging trading activity
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions, account opening procedures, and handling KYC verification documentation
Collaborate with colleagues in customer support, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the team and the firm

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
