Job Description:
-Preparing various types of Resolutions, Forms (Annual Return & other forms) and letters to clients
-To email documents and send reminders to clients in proper English.
-Monitor deadlines for Annual Returns, Audited Financial Statements and other forms
-Prepare payroll documents and other administrative task
-Update payment from clients in accounting software and filing of proper accounting records.
Job Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration/ICSA/MAICSA/other equivalent
-Candidates with relevant experience will be of preference
-Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Must have sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Good attitude and able to work efficient and effectively
-Good interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues and clients and have strong sense of responsibility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
