Requirements

• Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in an inbound contact centre in the recent most employment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.
• Able to work at Menara Prudential, Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibility

• Answer inbound calls to support customers' inquiries in regard to Singapore's products & services.
• No sales are required.
