Contracts Executive

- Assist in Tender activities, preparing tender document, sourcing quotations & pricing.
- To liaise with respective departments for clarification and further information; i.e., information on materials pricing and commercial terms.
- Preparation of progress claims, sub-con payments, final accounts, etc.
- Material monitoring.
- Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors to gather quotations.
- To visit the project site for site valuation and site measurement. Liaise closely with the Project person in charge on circumstances which may give rise to EOT, VO, and/or changed working conditions from those expected in the contract.
- To coordinate with contractors and site personnel.
- Preparation in contract documents.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with working experience in the related field.
- Construction costing, budgeting & control of cost.
- Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
- Required language(s): English , Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is a plus.
