Our client is one of the established conveyancing firms in KL. They are looking for a conveyancing lawyer who has experience in subsales and loan documentation to be part of the team.

Responsibilities

To assist in handling all conveyancing matters such as preparing sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing files until completion.
To assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
Attending to clients, correspondences, prepare status report and other types of work assigned by the firm / company from time to time.

Requirements

Possess Bachelor's Degree of Law (LLB) with a valid Practicing Certificate
1 to 3 PQE in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations
Good verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills
Able to manage time well and ability to meet deadline
Attention to detail
Willing to learn
Possess own transportation

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
