Job Description:-

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data – (staff claim, staff salary, staff advance)
• Daily record staff attendance
• Weekly filing documentation
• Memo/official letter Hari Raya Celebration, Company Matters, Staff Matters
• Record leave, MC, Outstation, EL form
• Daily follow up payment
• Daily record current due (xls sheet)
• Daily record Control Bank Book
• Help with hiring -post job ads, check resume, set-up interview and interview candidates
• Responsible for any documentation regarding payment only – authorized invoice and payment voucher

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• 1 years at least in HR and Finance Department
• Valid car or motorcycle license
• Work closely under Senior Executive
• Does not have health issues
• Able to work independently
• Prefered start on 14/10/2024 (Female only) - URGENT HIRING!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
