Job Description:-

• Record stock diesel in & out (daily)
• Check & Update daily order from Operation Manager in control bank
• Responsible to check, record & scan DO which received form Operation Manager
• Responsible in charge for manual documentation (Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Order) (if any)
• Responsible in charge for Petronas/Dealers matters (Documentation, Ex-Depot Order, Official Letter)
• Record & calculate transport charge (Daily)
• Manual data entry for ML statement (xls sheet)
• Responsible in charge for Bless 2.0 (Documentation, Official Letter, Company Licenses, Customer Permit)
• Responsible in charge for operation matters (Security Pass for Driver, Lorry Documentation)

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• No working experience needed
• Valid car or motorcycle license
• Work closely under Operation Manager
• Does not have health issues
• Able to work independently
• Possess own transportation (need to go to Dengkil store once a week)
• Prefered start on 19/08/2024 (Female only) - URGENT HIRING!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
