Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Department: Gaming
Role: Full-time, Customer Service Advisor
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure timely and high-quality customer service across inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Clarify customer requirements and resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
- Track and document customer interactions in call tracking systems.
- Provide in-depth product and service knowledge to assist customers in their gaming experience.
- Maintain KPIs and actively participate in customer satisfaction improvement activities.
- Offer support with in-game product inquiries and problem-solving for a seamless gaming experience.
- Passion for gaming (Genshin Impact players highly welcomed!).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound communication channels.
