Responsibilities

• Handling pre-online, post-online booking enquiries, other general enquiries, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation through various channels.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an TOPIK 5 or above (Non-Native)
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or equivalent level (Native)
• Required language(s): English & Korean
• Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
• Each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1 hour lunch time and 30 minutes break

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
