[6 Months Contract] Chat/Email Airline Customer Service Executive - 24/7 Rotational Shift

Responsibilities

Handling pre-online, post-online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation through emails and live chat.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an SPM or equivalent level
Required languages: English (B2 written)
Fesh graduates who are interested to start their career in customer service are welcomed to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shift and night shift.
Each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1-hour break-time
